MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR

My name is HIROSE SATOMI,I am Japanese and Director of the companies LASTRE BUSINESS COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, ATLANTIS LTD and ATLANTIS SN CO LTD. Within my companies, we have a nursing home, a clinic and a recruitment agency. I employ 150 people of different nationalities (China, Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal,
Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Ecuador, Russia, Turkey, Senegal, Nigeria, and Kenya).During my previous trips to Africa, I had the opportunity to meet several young graduates who were unable to find work in their countries.It is in this context that I created the SATOMI PROJECT: a program aimed at supporting the employment of young African graduates who wish to come and work in Japan.
Indeed, for a few years now, the Japanese government has launched a new VISA called "Specified Skilled Worker" offering the possibility for foreigners to come and work in
Japan.
Through this project, we offer young African students and professionals training and professional integration in Japan that they will reinvest a few years later in their countries of origin with solid knowledge and means.
